Shipping Policy
Delivery Timeframe All orders are shipped via Aramex Store-to-Door and are delivered within 8–11 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping Method We use Aramex Store-to-Door, a reliable door-to-door courier service that ensures your order is delivered directly to your specified address.
Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Delays & Liability While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Auto Sa Art is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays (Aramex or third-party logistics)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.)
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Customs or regulatory holds (where applicable)
We will, however, do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues.
Tracking Your Order Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Aramex tracking number. You can track your shipment directly on the Aramex website.
